Hi,
Since we're now coming into autumn/winter (though how would we tell after the summer just passed) I thought it time to try out the heating in the van. I'm hoping to keep using it as much as possible and possibly get away skiing in it if there's any snow on the Scottish hills.
It's a 1996 Autosleeper Harmony with Propex blown air gas heating.
When I turn it on, the fan starts and air is blowing through the vents but then after a few seconds it cuts out and there is never any hot air. The instruction manual suggests that if the van has stood for any length of time it may be air in the pipes. My question is, is there any recommended way to bleed the air out of the system? Or could there be another problem?
I dont really know but heres a thought have you left the outside vent cover on i dont know if that would make a difference might cut it out if outlet blocked as i said dont really know just having a guess im sure someone will help you.
