A bit of a daft question this..but I'm looking to renew the wiper blades on our 2008 Renault Master and I just wondered if you can still get the just the rubber blade portion,as in years gone by?

..it's just that the blades that our local Halfords/Motor spares type places stock,don't have the fitment for the screen washer hose..

...so I thought that I'd look at changing the rubbers if possible(..before going down the "Main dealer" route..

All you have to do is go to any other motor factors and they will carry the sirco/champion blade with connections for the washers .

...and it seems as if I could also change from the current old steel framed type blades,to the modern "beam" type...although I'm not sure just what the real advantage would be?

Job done!

..I wasn't able to swap to the beam blades and retain the washer jets,so I've just fitted new rubbers(£7 for the pair from a local motorfactors).

I had contacted our local Renault dealer and they wanted £21 plus vat,for each blade!!
