I posted a few months ago about a replacement table we were promised, when we purchased our motorhome 15months ago.  Well.....................................

After 300 phone calls, 2 wrong tables, about 1000 lies from Caravan dealer and part suppliers, we have finally received our replacement table which we were promised would take 12 weeks to supply in April  2009, Well done Triango and Discover, Birtley. Your service was excellent!!!!!!!!

Just be aware that when purchasing a Motorhome, and the dealer promises you that they will replace something, just to get you to part with £25,000 once they have took it, you become a joke to them.

I would seriously have to think about buying from this company again.

I am wondering can anyone beat 15months for a spare part?

No, I can't beat that! But I am glad you have got your table! Unfortunately some companies do just take your money and run, we are just £ signs to them, all smiles while they are reeling us in, then thank you very much goodbye!

Glad you've finally got it sorted..!

We had a great deal of trouble with Discover(2 different branches!)...and I wouldn't buy so much as a tent peg from them again!
