I have a Meos 12" freeview tv, what aerial should i use?, also every time i've gone away i've had no luck using it. what am i doing wrong, no picture can't tune in, etc. I have on 12v plug in with leisure battery.
Hi there, I don't think you have it set up wright buy the sound of it . first of all have you got it set to UK on the region setting, if not you wont get any thing, The best type of aerial is a status though the roof type, saves a lot of time rather tan muck about putting a domestic element type up every time you stop, have you got a instruction book with the TV if so read it, should tell you how to set it up, Best of luck.
I had a little mag mount aerial with a little 12v we had, worked a treat in the tent. Once in the camper, i plugged it into the status on the roof - which worked good enough. But, since getting a bigger and better telly, the status has struggled in a few areas. So, ive ended up with a general element 'off the chimney' as it were. It takes little setting up, and is far better than the status. But its each to his own.
