Hi I won 2 tickets in the UKcampsite competition for the motorhome show at Shepton Mallet this coming weekend. However I can't use them. If anyone would like them please let me know. They are to be collected at the Show. Further details are available in the competitions forum.
let me have your email address - (or perhaps the site administrators can forward my email onto you) and then I can send you an email with my details and permission for you to have them. That should be ok.
Well it doesn't really matter does it - still saves £15 for those people that might go and pay. The more people that attend these shows the more likely the major retailers/players are more likely to support them in future which must be good for potential customers. I won on this forum so at least I know it is real. I live in the South and haven't seen anything.
Not sure if this the same show(..I should imagine it is?)..but this link doesn't mention anything about cancellation?..and it also have a "countdown" running...
..to be honest at the last show we went to at Shepton',we seemed to spend most of our time either getting tripped over by dog leads or rammed in the ankles by mobility scooters!?(..although I suppose that wasn't really Shepton's fault.....)
had a great day, like the autotrail apache 700 but also liked the beccecar E495. Bit concerned with the build quality of the autotrai mind you, most of the cupboard doors did not fit properly, and the toilet door you could'nt even shut!
i then went and had a look at one at westcountry motorhomes (new one) and that was the same, i guess they had not had any pdi done yet.
whats other peoples opinions on autotrail build quality - i thought they were supposed to be good?

Hi tourangang
We have an Auto Trail Cheyenne. It's an 07 model and the build quality is fantastic. It was one of the first of the 'new shape' in 2007 so I think Auto Trail put a lot of care and quality into the build that year. We have been looking to change her in for a new Auto Trail but like you have issues with the recent build quality. I think we'll keep hold of ours for now until it improves!!
By the way, we bought (twice!) through West Country Motorhomes and I have to say they are great......even the Service Dept!!!
