While in france last year we were on a campsite for which we paid around £23. We met a couple in another motorhome who said he had paid less because he was a member of some organisation for which he paid a price for and this gave him access to sites in France which do this 'deal'. Anyone got any ideas about this.

The first 2 have ferry offers on at present.

They all offer low season sites at about £15.

Thanks Steve, that was the information I was looking for. It's the ACSI that the gentleman in France mentioned but we had lost the piece of paper. Thanks for the other info also, we are hoping to go to France in the Spring.

The Acsi book has a card inside the cover that allows you cheap campng at the participating sites within the book.

The others work on the basis of vouchers purchased in advance.

ACSI, as Johnks says excellent,  on one site some people were paying more than double the amount that we were €37 to €15 hell of a difference over six weeks nearly €800
