HI new here
i have a dometic fridge which works on 12v and electric
but not on gas
ive cleaned the gas flow and flue
but i cant hear a clicking when i try to use gas
can anyone help

Is the 12 volts control panel on?  Mine is the same if the control panel is not switched on the fridge won't light up.

yes the 12vt is on but ive read tne manual and there should be a clicking which lasts 30 sec but i cant hear the clicking
what i would like to know does the gas cut off if the theres no clicking? i would guess yes
also what causes the clicking

Well i am baffled, the clicking you can hear is the automatic piezo igniter, hence my reply re, if the board was switched on as it only works with it on. I wouldn't thought  it made any difference if the gas was off.

Might seem obvious but how level was the van, Dometic should be no more than 7 degrees off level, this may be a reason for the problem
