I am looking for somwhere to go for our first trip we have 3 days from New years day.

Not to worried how far as I like driving possibly somewhere South from Derbyshire

Would like to be in walking distance from  a village / seaside

Maybe a site with an indoor pool and club  any suggestions

How about the Plassey at Wrexham? I've not been there but it seems to have everything and looks quite popular and it's a reasonable distance without being the other end of the country! Plus you've got access to quite a bit of Wales, no beaches but beautiful countryside.

Hi Rogera, you could try Newlands at Charmouth in Dorset. It has an indoor pool, 10 mins from village and beach. and they take camping cheques ( £9.95 each )
