How do you reverse a motorhome with a car on an A-frame stuck on behind without unhitching it?

I tow a Caterham 7 on a trailer behind my motorhome and have no problem reversing that.

Andy-M, I went from towing a caravan to a motorhome towing a car because I wanted my Caterham 7 on holiday. There was no way that the Caterham could tow a caravan of any sort!!!
