we have tried to get our to work but the green and red light still come on plenty gas no airlock anybody out there know what we can try

Possible faulty igniter? Is the water pump switched on?

Funny no one has mentioned voltage!!  if the battery is below par ie. around 11. something volts , the heater will never fire up.

Thats because the OP stated the green and red led's on the control panel were showing. They indicate lack of gas or air in supply line according to the manual.

The yellow led indicates low voltage.
