I need to reseal the two main roof seams on my motorhome which run across the roof Is there a suitable flexible mastic tape I could use needs to be at least 1"(25mm) wide and where can I buy it online?
My efforts with a mastic gun are not pretty but will use if I have to
i painted all my roof with plastidip ? what a waste of £50 .00 i found it crap water still got under it and just peeled of was rubbish, but dont let me put you of maybe i should have preped it with somthing or used an undercoat i dont know, but my results werent good, i ended up sealing all joints with fc 40 and then painted full roof again with smooth hammerite to protect it , results well happy...
I used this on my last van,took the rails off,cleaned them, and reapplied this sealant;and put all new screws in.
