We have an Autotrail MH with TV in the cab using thd Humax Digital Box.Everything was fine until the last outing. The Ariel strength is poor and the quality is zero. Usually the Ariel strength is good and quality is usually 100%.We are on a different site now and the Ariel strength is the same. It appears as if something has suddenly stopped working.The Status booster box appears to be working because if you switch if off the signal strength goes to Zero.Has anybody out there got the technical knowledge to know what might be happening.Help please!
Thanks Ted useful site. We bought a new ariel booster box but that was just the same.( hope they'll take it back tomorrow or swap it for something else) We have been really flummoxed then we went through the whole menu to see if we could try anything new. In the end we decided to reinstall all settings and Eurika!! all OK. The only thing we noticed whilst flipping through was that the antenna power was on, it is now off. Must have been that as I can't see what else it could have been.
