Hi all, we are selling our Volkswagon Autosleeper camper due to buying a static caravan. I have advertised it on here, and preloved. Im not sure about using Ebay what do you think? I have allso thought about Autotrader, do you have any ideas were to advertise it please.
I usually use Ebay, Preloved (free) and Gum Tree (which is an Ebay-owned site but free ads). I've sold a caravan and a campervan and I think they both went through Preloved.
If you use Ebay, make sure you list it as a classified ad because it's only a flat rate of £14.99 for 28 days.
Advertise wherever you can for as cheap as possible,as whatamess above says put it on eBay but do it as a classified as there are so many messers on there to spoil an auction,I sold my last van through eBay (as a classified ad).
Agree about the pics ! For anyone who might be a longish distance away from you pics are usually essential. I'd not travel a long way without having some idea of how a vehicle looks, and like to see pics of the interior & exterior too.
Have you still not found anything yet Bad Penny? Last time I checked Aberdeen Gumtree there were over 50 for sale! No need to go long distance surely, unless your requirements are unusual?
