 has anybody camped at silverstone on the grand prix weekend?  where do you recommend. Is there a site within walking distance of the track? Any info would be appreciated.    Graham and Jill.

How did i miss that thread first time round?

I want to go to Silverstone,and planning to take the van, my mum lives not far from there but hasn't room for us all, we used to go to F1 when i was a kid, remember sitting in James Hunts car and feeling like the bees knees (showing my age now huh)

We looked into it last year, gulp!!!  but Mark gets his gratuity next year so we have already decide BGP is on the cards
