Hi folks, HELP???

Does anyone out there have the pitching instructions for this baby please?

I have just acquired one via preloved but no instructions were included and it is a biggie. Thought it would be straightforward but alas no?

If anyone can help please contact me via these boards asap as the sun is actually shining at present!
