Symbol'...Can I just ask...Is it the actual driving of it that your OH hasn't taken to or just "motorhoming" in general..?

I know with our 7mtr coachbuilt, if I haven't driven it in anger for a few weeks(and have been using the Hiace instead), it feels like a ruddy great, wallowy liability for the first couple of miles..

However, if it's the latter, then maybe if you start clearing off by yourself with the dogs for a few nights at a time,  it'd "spark" his interest?...

Do you work for marriage Guidance by any chance pepe?

Because he hasn't had any time to do an overnighter...even local..he hasn't got the gist of it yet. Although he was like this with the tent.

I think it's the fact that he's a 'potterer' and unlike me can't do the camping thing of sitting for hours people watching or chatting to the friendly folk.

Update. I thought I'd let you all know that although he hasn't done an overnighter in it yet he has driven it a few miles now. I had to pretend I had a headache when he wanted to go long distance.
