Hi anyone who can advise
have a swift sundance 620fb nine months old and only used 5 times. The door wouldn't open and handle has a crack in it, took back to dealer and swift originally going to send out new parts, but dealer said could fix and only needed new handle. Now swift refusing to send part as said it is wear and tear and want to charge us £350 to mend (5 times used).What do we do now as no one interested and going away on holiday next week!!!!!!!!!
I think Swift have their own dedicated forums at http://www.swift-talk.co.uk/ so you may wish to post in there and you can probably find some people in management to escalate the issue to.

thanks have spoken to someone on the site who is going to help, but also visited dealer again and are now willing to replace and fight our case. People power it works, but didn't get a replay from swift customer care what care!!!!!
Wear and tear in nine months!! Rubbish!! It's still under warranty.
Swift backing out again!! If no joy tell them you will have it repaired, pay for it and then take it to the small claims court.They won't have a leg to stand on.
