I just wanted to share with you good people the good news. We have finally been able to buy a van and begin the conversion process and have a facebook page recording our progress.

Just had a look at the pictures and noticed that you appear to have left the ribs un-insulated. I filled mine with expanded foam to avoid a cold bridge to the outside.
