I have a problem with my heater on my Peugeot 2.5cc diesel powered Pilote D35 Motoe Caravan. Whenever I turn on the heater, hot or cold, it blows a fishy type smell. Has anyone had a similar problem?. Thanking you in anticipation.JPN

you sure its not sort of dust/y you are smelling? after a lay up heaters are well known to accumulate some in their inner workings so when turned on they sort of burn away giving you some smell.
