Hiya we have got a converted 'motorcaravan' as it says on the log book.                 In the summer holidays we are going to go away with it. Just wondered if anyone has had any problems with sites not excepting this type of vehicle as i would hate to be turned away when we get there.i do think it looks a bit rough, but we havent started work on the outside yet as we thought getting the inside done was priority, as we needed it to sleep 4 not 2 as it was when we originally got it. I havent booked anwhere yet but, will do soon for the bank holiday weeekend in august, was thinking of going Norfolk way.

Any campsite recommendation would be appriciated.

thanks Sam

Many sites, especially club sites can be quite 'fussy'!

However site managers can only go by their own experience and there are sometimes good reasons for such 'fussiness'. 'tis a shame as I guess that the majority of us just want to live and let live and have a good time without upsetting other folks on the site.
Have you got picture of outside of van you could attach?

Especially in busy times it may be best to phone/book ahead and describe your outfit before arrival.

Coincidentally we have recently toured Norfolk and reviewed quite a few sites (see 'iggycamper'.)

Suspect that this site may not turn you away - a good family beach-side site if a bit remote!

Hope this helps! - happy holidays!
