I think it depends whether they are generic products or exclusively Swift. If the latter they can be ordered through any Swift dealer.

I find trying to obtain swift parts is a nightmare for my Motorhome you can't get them unless you go through a dealer and they take ages to come.
If the part is over a certain age it's impossible to get its all because they keep it with there dealers to protect there business
