i have just brought a 1980 lhd mercedes tabbert condor 550 can any one help i have been looking on web for info about this camper i cannot find any photos of it or info in it time was it a one off or a good seller i have found a 1983 but nothing like mine the front looks like the old bedford ca the 83 has a flat front can any one tell me any thing about it or let me know if i can get photos of it and is there a classic camper mag dave
can you tell me were to find bits for the mercedes tabbert as could not find it ROB and member pij666 on log book its got damler mercedes tabbert condor 550 on the front wing its got 307 its a round front looks a bit like the old 1970 bedford ca workobus i had 2 sliding doors 3 speed column change
Its a German camper you have no chance of body parts for it unless you are very lucky. Not hard to make do and mend though. Mechanical parts might be found if you search out Merc owners clubs and so on. Best place to search if you are really keen is German language websites. Google translate search terms into German then search google.de. Good luck with it anyway. The Germans are quite in to old vehicles so you should find something if you try hard enough.
