Hi, hopefully this may be of use, but unsure as you do not state the year of manufacture. However quite a number of the newer vans being manufactured now, have bike rack fixings hidden by a strip at the bottom and another (2 sometimes) at the top for both top and bottom fixing of the rack. It is just a case of removing the aesthetic embellishments to find the exact places for the bike rack. With the different types of body construction these days body strengthening is built in for bike rack fittings. The lighter construction methods, and better insulation etc. Has to be able to take a bike rack. Hence this inbuilt 'block point' which has to be uncovered for fixing. Hope it helps anyway.
