Hi all,
I'm looking for a long table leg for my camper it needs to be about 850mm long to fit my units but I can only find them at 720mm.
Any ideas were to look or a link would be great.....
Many thanks.

You can get hanger rails for wardrobes from most DIY places, wickes Homebase, B&Q etc they come in various lengths & Diameters, you should find something there that will do the job.
------------- It felt good......so I dun it! I'm not old I'm .........forgot what I was gonna say.

Gunny66- Do you mean the chrome plated island table legs that fit into the round floor/table sockets, if so I don't think you will have much luck.
If that is the case I would suggest a visit to a stainless steel exhaust centre with one of your floor sockets and they may well be able to make you a leg.Good luck.

If it's an "abnormally" long version of the 70mm(ish?)dia' leg, then I wonder if you may need to broaden the search beyond motorhome/caravan spares stuff?..
Maybe search the likes of S/S exhaust tube stockists..?
edit: Oops! sorry, I've only just noticed that Kiev had already suggested that..
Here are some 60 & 80mm tubes..(but typical, no 70!)
I find the likes of ebay good for sourcing the "..now where would I get that from?" type stuff.
(..as I eventually got fed with driving 'round and around out retail parks and trade-estates looking for bits'n'pieces, only to be met with indifferent "nah mate!" type responses.. )
This Reimo leg, although too short, does look very similar to a section of the straight Fiamma awning rafters: http://www.megavanmats.com/apps/webstore/products/show/2521328 ... so maybe getting hold of a used rafter and altering that, may be another option?

If you can't get a metal one why not fashion one yourself from a suitable length of wood. Turn or shape by hand the required diameters for each end and then shape the central section to suit your taste. A friendly DIYer with a wood turning lathe could turn one out for you in no time.
