My dad is away in his Swift Bolero with the Alde heating system.
Please excuse me if these are daft questions.
He is plugged in to electric hook up.
Should he have hot water all the time even with heating on?
I know he has the 30min boost option which switches the heating off but should he have hot water all the time without boost?
Not the same heating system as mine,if it was,
check my neighbours electric is OK?. Is my EHU cable OK?Are the switches in right position?.
If not ,need a higher authority as in a registered engineer.
Always a bad feeling when things are not working as they should.
Please post the solution on here so we can put it in our "to look for" folder.
Best wishes,
Greg
Thanks. It's working fine plugged in at home today so not sure if he was doing something wrong. Can't see how he could have because as far as a can see one you turn the control panel on it starts heating up.
