Probably a daft question..but you have had a good rummage in all of the lockers and under the cab seats?...just in case the lead/pump in still on board?

Failing that, contact the seller and tell 'em there's a bit missing.
If it was a private seller, they may just have it in their shed, if it was from a *dealer, get them to supply you with one.
(*as it should be included and it's "missing")

Small round metal socket that should have a press on cap, has two round holes for a matching plug. I have this on the motorhome its the power socket for a Whale submersible water pump when you want to pump water on board from a container etc., still get them i think i recently replaced the cap on mine from ebay supplier.
