has anybody who has had a medical for a c1 licence and sent off to dvla could tell me how long it took for them to process and get the new licence back ?

Good question. Margaret has to have a medical licence every three years due to taking insulin for diabetes. We are still waiting for her new licence to arrive, its been a couple of weeks.
