I have a 2012 Bessacarr E495 and the door blind is damaged. The blind is in the door window and looks like it is only accessible by taking the window out. I would appreciate any help in solving this issue.

Door blinds are mostly made by Remis in Germany, suggest you try Internet search for Remis agents in the UK

the plastic trim around the inside of the door window just pulls off, its tight fit tho but it will come out. how have you damaged the blind? is it just not rolling up as it should? if so all it needs is the pin winding a bit more once the trim is out of the way
