Have you checked inside the fuel cap or inside the front door frames?
Surely the vehicle handbook isn't in Japanese? - though those tyre pressures may well be lower than the conversion's pressures.

On Japanese imports the tyre pressure is usually on the bottom of the drivers door or behind the windshield, it will be in Bar rather then PSi, most air pumps in garages have the option to change from PSi to Bar.
