Hi all, first post here. I'm currently travelling around Europe in a rental. A fiat cliff 540. We have an issue with the fresh water. The automatic vent seems to have activated twice for no reason. We thought it was only meant to do that for cold weather. But it's 15 degrees on site at the moment. I've had to lift up the rear seat and reach down and press a button located not very conveniently at the base of the water pump (I think) and it stops the dripping! Any thoughts?
Barry915, is quite correct, your first contact should be with the hire company. If that fails try Sunlight, who are the converter of the panel van. Sunlight are part of the Erwin Hymer Group, and should be able to help you whilst in the EU. It would be best to talk to the Hire Company as they ..A, Should have the answer and B, Sunlight are part of the group of probably the biggest and most respected manufacturer. However you should have a manual for the van in your hire paperwork. Good luck.
