I think that in most cases the make of the motorhome is irrelevant because they all buy components from other manufacturers.
So, unless it was made specifically for Swift, I'd suggest removing a light fitting and look for the maker's name. Alternatively, this might be a good opportunity to replace the light fittings and fit LEDs which will use less energy.
