Probably about the same again, possibly more depending on exact spec, using preloved or componants from a 'donated' caravan, ex scrapyard or accident breakers place, or Brand new. The labour cost would probably be a lot higher than the actual componants, and to get it registed with the DVLA as a Motorcaravan for tax and insurance purposes, it would have to adhere to certain criteria, the details of which can be found on their website.
Take a look at one of the self build Motorcaravan websites on line, there is a wealth of practical and useful information from people who have done this all before, and a handful of others who are, like yourselves, considering converting a commercial veichle from scratch.
Good Luck with your project, we once considered doing this with my husbands old workvan when he retired, but ended up buying a newish caravan instead for a lot less money.
