I have had an Aguri for three years and it is a very good unit which does everything claimed. The only issue I have had, is that after two and a half years, the update for the mapping on the satnav didn't take and the unit won't now work on the satnav system. The Aguri people have inspected the unit and can't find the reason for the non working condition, but as the other TV road recording and other functions still work, I've kept it.
Aguri have been magnificent in their treatment of me and that includes them sending out another power cable to replace the one I lost a while ago. It took me a long while to be able to use it, though I'm not familier with this technology being 66 years, so they are very easy to explain things by phone if I have troubles and I do recommend their equipment and their service.
I have had a similar experience and they eventually offered me a heavily discounted new one which is much easier to use than the original one I have had for 5-6 years. They were excellent in how they dealt with my problem.
I was going to ditch the old one but now you have alerted me to it still being usable as a dashcam I will look into using it for that purpose in my wife's car.
I bought one but when it was in its holder it took up too much of the windscreen, it also took several ‘touches’ to get where a garmin gets in one touch. I now have the garmin 660 caravan version
