Doing this a bit back to front but I have just bought the above motorhome and would like to hear from current owners on the pros and cons. It looks a very nice vehicle and the price was extremely good.
So please send me your reviews.
We have the 185 which was a special from Marquis’s motorhomes.
Ours is from 2016 and has been very good, a few niggles but fortunately nothing major, all sorted by marquis’ Motorhomes
The electric step stopped working but this was poor design from the Thule design, the gear was made of a very soft metal and it sheared off. Thule sent me a new one foc which was easy to fit
Just had the 3rd year habitation check, all ok and no damp.
Great to drive with the 150 BHP engine , plenty of grunt., storage quite good and a very good payload.
I would have liked an external locker for cables and bits and pieces that you use externally
Other than that it’s great and we really enjoy it
Basa, you can buy locker doors that are just an empty frame. The piece you cut our is then used for inserting in the frame.
We have never done it. BUT 3 of our vans had access to the underbed/sofa storage that way. Have a look on tinternet and get yourself a winter project. LOL.
We have just purchased a Elddis 175, dealer special from Knowepark Caravans. Collect it mid November. Lovely van and as 2019my no stupid road tax increases.
