Hi All, which sikaflex product is best for sealing joints between grp panels. I have a Swift Kontiki and some of the joints are now brittle. Can you just seal over the top? Thanks for all your help

try asking sikaflex themselves. i would assume you need more of a mastic type rather than a hard set adhesive. sikaflex do lots of different specs so i would be asking their advice or check through their on line product info

Scrape out the old sealant as much as poss. Clean with meths then apply Sikaflex 512 which is the polyurethane adhesive/sealant for caravan use. Apply over the top as you suggest. A bodge of course but it will give you a few more years. Works for me anyway.
