First time I have tried to use snipe 2 system for a while only to find the antenna stuck in an upright position. I am unable to return it to the home position (flat) has anyone experienced a similar problem.

Apart from mechanical failure, it may be something simple as fitting new “F” connectors, as they sometimes become corroded in the barrel, and no longer conduct.

Thank you for this information I have spoke with avex and they said I need to update selfsat's firmware. I have requested the update from selfsat as yet still waiting their reply.
