First time I have tried to use snipe 2 system for a while only to find the antenna stuck in an upright position. I am unable to return it to the home position (flat) has anyone experienced a similar problem.

Apart from mechanical failure, it may be something simple as fitting new F connectors, as they sometimes become corroded in the barrel, and no longer conduct.

Thank you for this information I have spoke with avex and they said I need to update selfsat's firmware. I have requested the update from selfsat as yet still waiting their reply.
