You mention your vehicle, but what are its limitations for a Portaloo? And are you using an awning or not?
The vehicle is not really relevant, it depends on the space you have. You either buy a portable loo for the space you will have, or buy the loo and design the conversion to accommodate it.
The first brand that comes to mind is Thetford though there are simpler and cheaper ones. Why not browse online or take a trip to a good caravan dealer and see what's available.

Not much choice apart from a Thetford Ports Potti. Available in various sizes from any caravan shop or Go Outdoors. The smallest one would probably be best for a small campervan. Look on their website.

This could be what was intended, but you still need somewhere to store it in the van. There are a wide range if 'Porta Potti's available, so it should be possible to find one the right size.

A lot will depend on where you plan to store it once converted. I store mine under the rock & roll bed in my T5 & found that the Thetford ones were all a touch too tall to go underneath. I ended up buying a Fiamma one as it was just that tiny bit lower. So see what space you have first & then buy one to fit.
I have a luggable loo. No flushing system on it, and ultra easy to carry and empty. Just a bucket with a loo seat and lid. I use the blue toilet fluid, just a bit in the bottom, a splash of water and you're ready to... um... go.
Transportable in the aisle (it wont go under a seat!)and into either awning or loo tent once on site. Set up for stops along the way as well these days (lined and using pet sawdust), as I'm not going near public loos.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
