I think there were a number of door manufacturers who supplied different Motorhome/caravan manufacturers, one being Hartel
I just looked on the net and there were several threads on the subject.
I typed in “how to remove caravan/Motorhome inner door panel”
There were several threads , some from this forum some from other forums

Hi Barry thanks for that the problem is the loom that comes out of the bottom corner has five wires I assume connects to the door three are broke which I need access to any help greatly appreciated

I’ve searched the Internet and there is a company called Happich who supply parts for the doors , they may have information as to how to remove the door panel
