Help! Electric folding steps not working.
I have an ACE Novella motorhome on a Fiat Ducato base.
The steps have been a slight problem on a few occasions recently.
Operating the switch would sometimes take a few attempts to get the steps to open. It usually operates ok when retracting.
Now they've stopped working altogether. Is this a common problem?

Known problem, but I don’t know how common. Ours sometimes needs a second firm jab of the button, but a friend with the same model of MH had to take it back to the dealer.

if you are capable check the wiring and connectors at the step, sometimes its a build up of dirt/debris/damp that causes problems
