Hi. Does anyone know what the rules are regarding access to motorhomes on sites in Tier 3 currently not accessible.
We were locked down before the latest restrictions and have not been able to access our motorhome since October and consequently have not purged the water pipes or added antifreeze to our tanks and engine.
Are we able to visit a Tier 3 site to carry out this essential work or do we just have to accept we may have a big plumbing job next year???
As you can have a plumber call for repairs in Tier 3, I would think doing essential work on your motorhome plumbing would be ok. It’s not like you are going to be mixing with others. So many variables in the rules I think we just need to be mindful of our and others safety. 🙂
As far as I am aware, avoiding entering tier 3 is only guidance and not legally enforceable. We are asked to avoid it except for essential reasons and they list some 'such as' reasons but this is most likely not an exhaustive list.
