Hi out there. In Cornwall at the moment and yes, I have dented and split my bumper - not in a major way tho and I want to carry out my own repair without getting the insurance guys involved. Can any of you recommend what type of filler I should use on it. White colour fillers would help! Many thanks to the experts out there.

You need filler for abs plastic. I think it is available in motor accessories shops or online.
