Does anyone have a diagram for the internal electrics of an Electrolux/Dometic RM123 firdge?

I'm trying to fix a problem with 12V operation when the engine is running.

thanks

If you have no success in getting a wiring diagram you may find that this handbook could be useful. It contains information regarding maintenance and repairs on habitation elements, explanations of construction methods, practical advice concerning appliances, and detailed descriptions of motorcaravan supply systems.

I have access to the Electrolux website I could get it for you but all there info is in pdf format so I cant post it as a picture I would have to email it.
there is a 9 digit product number on the rating plate sometimes with a 2 digit after it I would need that to get the exact model

Rating plate (sticker) is below. It's an RM4213, not a 123. I never knew that!

Mod No: RM4213S Prod No: 00921070446

Let’s hope the OP has electrical experience, judging by that diagram.

Thanks for that, very useful! A couple of questions.

1. Does the rectangle top left say "Heater element battery"?

2. Does the second vertical wire on the left say "weiß [doesn't exist by unlighted switches]"?

With the engine running, when the switch marked "SWITCH BATTERY" above is in the off position, there is 12V on terminal 1.

When the switch is on, the voltage on terminal 1 drops to zero but the light in the switch doesn't come on.

Now I've got the diagram I can see where to probe a bit more. I suspect it's either a broken switch or a bad connection. The van is 21 years old so both are quite likely.

Heh, I do have some. I don't find the diagram confusing at all, but then I'm very familiar with circuit diagrams!

thanks all

Changing the switch seems to have fixed this, maybe it was an intermittent bad connection.
