The leisure battery will be located in a lockable external service locker somewhere. If you've already checked and it's empty have a look for 2 battery clips than connect to the top of the battery. If there is then you simply haven't got a leisure battery installed.
or does he mean he cant find anywhere that sells leisure batteries for a fiat?
if thats the search criteria hes using then no you wont find any as they arent vehicle specific you just need to find the largest size that you can fit in the compartment allowing some room for connections to be made
You didn't say if your ducato is a PVC or Coach built.
I have just replaced my leisure battery in my PVC ducato with 110ah AGM that fits under the drivers seat.
Puchased from :-https://advancedbatterysupplies.co.uk/leisure-batteries-uk/
You can spend a fortune on the lighter lithium batteries.
But 110ah suits our needs. We mostly stand free backed up by 100w Solar panel.

I’m unable to locate Leisure batteries for my 2008 Fiat ducato 3.0.
Your help be much appreciated.
What conversion do you have, what's your motorhome/campervan conversion, the location will differ depending upon the conversion and model, not the base vehicle which is, as you state, the Ducato.
So what do you have? A Swift, a Roller Team, Autotrail? What? This will help narrow it down.

Not necessarily, I'm on my 5th motorhome and the leisure battery has never been in a lockable external locker. In the motorhomes I've had the leisure battery has either been in one of the lockers under one of the habitation seats or under the floor accessed by a flap in the floor, it depends upon the conversion - which is why the details of the conversion are important.
Trying to locate leisure batteries for my 2008 Fiat Ducato Kontiki Swift 2008
Mav71, that is more helpful. Generally, when talking about motorhomes it is more usual to describe it by the conversion make and model, the chassis is almost irrelevant (unless it is a chassis specific issue), so what you have there is a Swift Kontiki 669 which is on the Fiat Ducato 3.0 chassis (that's how most motorhome owners will describe it).
The location of the leisure battery will be where the converter has put it. I'm afraid I can't help you directly but I know of someone who has one of these and if I see them this weekend I'll ask.
I'm afraid the link posted to the manual tells you a lot about the electrical system but not where the battery is.
On my Bailey, the battery is under a flap in the floor which is covered by the carpet. Previous motorhomes had it in one of the lockers in the habitation area.
