Another vote for a soft toothbrush & some detergent; be gentle though, you don’t want to damage the sealant.
You’re probably stuck with the fridge shelves if a good rub with an anti bac wipe doesn’t do anything. No one looks there anyway, as long as it’s clean.
If the shelves are beyond a clean up you could try spraying them with PlastiKote spray 'paint' which will build up a thick layer if done gradually. The acrylic version was what I was thinking of.
