Most likely wiring connections check for corrosion give them a good cleanup or a faulty sensor. Remove and clean up and try again.

2019 plate seems a bit young for corrosion?
For us, the indicator does drop suddenly, so the first dish wash takes 100% down to 75%. We ignore the 0% for that reason, it’s a sudden drop off 25%. The apparent 0% lasts us several days then an alarm sounds when we run water - that lasts a day, so we get plenty of notice that the tap is about to run dry.

Try searching the forum. It’s a topic that’s come up before but I can’t remember the suggestions or I’d have passed them on.

We've got a 2021 79-4i, hopefully your control panel is the same as ours.

Drain the tank completely.

On your control panel, scroll through until you get to water level, press the arrow pointe (middle of the bottom row).

When prompted as to whether you want to calibrate the sensor, press the arrow again, follow the prompts. It doesn't take long to do.

Fingers crossed this will work for you.
