Good afternoon all, hope everyone is well. We’re looking at moving over from caravan to motorhome and looking for a Bailey Autograph. Can anyone advise how to fill the toilet header tank? On all the videos and photos I’ve looked at I cannot see anywhere on the outside of the van to fill it up
There is normally a small lockable panel a few inches above the access door for removing the toilet cassette. They use the same system as their caravans.
It opens to reveal the filler hole.
------------- DS-There's more to life than football!!!
Have a squeezy water bottle or sparay bottle with your flush solution, diluted down of course, and use that before flushing.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
You don't say which model of Bailey Autograph you're considering, whether it's an older model or a new one.
We've had two Autographs, a 745 which we had from 2014-2021 and the current 79-4i which we've owned since.
The 745 was our 4th motorhome but was the first we'd ever owned that had a separate flush tank. The 79-4i, like the first 3 motorhomes draws the flush water from the main tank, I think this is pretty common on motorhomes.
As blueexpo97 suggests, we have a squirty bottle with some pink solution in it which we use before and after flushing.
Personally, the lack of a separate flush tank is very low down on the list of priorities for us (in fact, it's not even a consideration), but we're all different (horses for courses). Having exchanged one Bailey for another you can probably tell we're pretty happy with them.

Thank you, for taking time to reply. Having a squirty bottle seems so primitive and takes me back to when we used to have porta potties in vans, before the cassette toilet lol
It’s a 2018/2019 Autograph 79-4T we’re considering.

We also use the squirty bottle for flush in ours. No big broblem really. Never think about it now.
Agree. Little difference from using the squirty bleach bottle around the toilet rim at home.
