Won’t ask how it came off & also got left behind.
We had to shoogle ours because it wasn’t draining, but yours might be a very different arrangement & pipes might be different too.
Maybe go to a dealer, explain the situation, and look underneath some similar models.
Or call in a mobile Motorhome service engineer.
It’s likely you can do something similar that works as well as what you lost, without being an exact copy: a push fit at the tank end, a way of attaching the rigid or flexible pipe to the floor & a tap.
(Our previous old MH had lost its pipe, it had been replaced by a flexible hose like a washing machine hose, that hooked up onto a hook at the emptying end. It didn’t even have a tap because the hook held it above the low point of the pipe. Unhook to drain into the canister.)
