Hi guys , When it comes to campervans I keep coming across the words Rock n Roll beds ,
I have never heard of this term can someone

Essentially to me, it is a frame, which can be made of metal (commercially available and more expensive or wood (mostly DIY efforts that I have seen), with cushions in place, so that they function as seats when folded up, and turned into a bed when unfolded, without the need of removing/re-arranging the cushions.

I made a wood one. Loss of storage space underneath bed is too costly imo unless you absolutely need empty cargo room when not sleeping. It now lives on as a desk and night stand. I would go with a van murphy bed kit.
