I'm with Quotelinedirect I have a 1992 Renault camper, I don't know up to what age they will cover. Another one to try is Vehicle Breakdown they cover vehicles of any age.

Our campervan is 13 years old and the rates are good.
Our insurance is for our campervan fully comp plus U.K. and European breakdown in either our campervan or car.
Obviously the price will depend on your particular circumstances.

We have a fifteen year old Hymer. We have researched this subject and the only option is to join the Caravan and Camping Club and then join the RAC. They offer european recovery to members of the C&CC with no restriction on the age of vehicle. It is a special arrangement between the two organisations and you cannot get cover any other way. We haven't used it ourselves but have heard that it is excellent.
Our Hymer has just come back from a drive from uk to south of spain and back with not a hint of trouble - bless her!
I am with Safeguard Insurance of Leeds, and breakdown assistance is included in the premium for both UK and Europe for 12 months. I don't know of any restrictions for age or length but give them a call on 0113 258 1614, nothing to lose. The breakdown cover is via the AA . In France you have to pay to be removed off the motorway, then you can call for assistance via the insurance cover. Hope this helps.

I use CCC/RAC Arrival. No problem at all getting my 32' 7.5T Winnie AND 22' 2.5T trailer recovered from the M40 one night! Also had a roadside wheel change in Belgium. Good service. Don't know if it's good value.
